We’re heading to New Zealand this December for 5 weeks, and will be based in Auckland. Our swCAH boy will be 4¼.

1. What if anything should we expect from the 12 hour time difference with regard to dosing, and are there any special precautions we should take on the plane?
2. What contact details should we have for a "CAH aware" paed/endo in Auckland?
3. Has anyone got a source in NZ for hydrocortisone suppositories?
