Sorry, the bottom of my original post got cut off for some reason.  Anyway, does that ACTH level seem too high or is that expected for CAH? I know that research suggests that higher levels of androgens are not bad during the first 12-18 months of life, and that undersuppression (relatively speaking) is preferred over oversuppression. 

Also, I’m not sure what to make of the other tests that were "out of the normal range."  I would assume that his body chemistry is still reverting to baseline given that he was in adrenal crisis just a couple of weeks ago...
