louisehi bill! his potassium is a little high and sodium a little low, but my 7 month old swcah son did the same thing with his electrolytes at that age. that will correct as he gets older. one thing, i believe that most endos would say the err on the side of OVER supression during the 1st year. when an infant is sick (which they will be) with a common illness, even non cah kids, tend to quickly dehydrate and can "go downhill" fast. this is why i have been told that infants are typically on a slightly higher cortef dose per meter squared than, say a 5 year old. maybe other posts will shed additional insight, but i think his labs look ok.
