My daughter (non-CAH) had early puberty.   I will tell you what I know based on my experience.   The first sign of true puberty in girls is usually breast buds.  Some CAH girls might have pubic hair first, but that is really premature adrenarche and not true puberty.  If your daughter doesn’t have breast buds or pubic hair, or even adult body odor, it’s probably not puberty, but of course you should talk to the doctor anyway.
