My LOCAH daugter has early puberty and most definately the first sign was body odor...then breast buds, then pubic and underarm hair...in that order.  Also a massive growth spurt tipped us off ( 3 inches and 30 pounds in 3 months).  My doctor has always told me that a clear discharge is ok, especially if accompanied by a urinary tract infection. I hope you never have to deal with the early puberty, it is heartbreaking for a mom to see her 8 year old with breasts and pubic hair. Chelsea is now on monthly injections of Lupron to stop the puberty, but she still looks much older than she is. Good luck and God bless,
