We have come to the conclusion that the gel discharge was part of the urinary tract infection. Thank you to each one of you that posted and told me that you heard or had this happen. Thank God for this message board. I take her for her 4 month check up next week. I want to review all that I have learned once again from this board this month. My mom told me that her brother (75) used to get horrific bladder infections and this was a side effect once he experienced. I can breathe easier now. Still the poor thing must have really been in pain. She is SO much better today. This bladder infection took a LLLong time to heal. Thanks again!
