does anyone know if there is any harm in letting a baby with cah cry themselves to sleep. a friend of mine recommended letting our baby cry herself to sleep for a few nights so she would get used to going to sleep on her own and in her bed. is there any health risk in this? sometimes our baby cries very hard and i give in, because i worry it is doing damage. any thoughts?
