New mom,

As a mom I wouldn’t let a CAH child cry to sleep.  She may be in pain or simply needing physical comfort from you.  If she continues to cry or loses weight take her back to the ped endo to check her doses.  Congratulations on your new baby.  Many blessings.  She needs you.
