Congratulations on your new baby!  My children are now 34 and 32.... but I am raising my 3 year old SW CAH Granddaughter. The old school was to let them cry and if they cry any longer than 20 minutes then something was wrong. I did that with both my children. My Granddaughter on the other hand never cried more than 5/10 minutes at the most. I would hold her and bring her too bed with me. She sleeps VERY well IN MY BED! She will be four in December and I know she needs to be in her own bed.............. I can’t imagine what a struggle this is going to be. But at least I know she can tell me if she is sick or hurt or just wants her own way. I know this does not help much.... but do what your gut instinct tells you. There is no right or wrong ... ONLY what works for you and your baby. Good Luck! Cherry
