Thanks for the responses! My son’s levels have always been too high. His last check was still 1550. The lowest it has ever been was 1250 @ 3 months.  He has been a spit-up baby and I think he spits up his med sometimes. It always goes down well bet he spits up ALOT! I always have a bib on him and carry a towel everywhere. His endo said not to worry too much about the spitting up of his med, just to try to keep him still for 20 minutes after giving the med to let it absorb. That works most of the time but he will still spit up occasionally even without any activity.

His med states to give with with food or milk to prevent upset stomach. Has any one ever taken the med on an empty stomach? how did you feel??
