I very much believed in the family bed and that’s what we were doing. Unfortunately, my daughter didn’t like it. I think we woke HER up! We bought a king size bed and didn’t have a crib either. It just didn’t work for her. It made me sad but she is fiercely independent and has been since day one, I swear! So we had to change strides and figure something else out. Julia
