re: Timing the dosages DOES make a difference

Just out of interest, what are the times for after school and bedtime?  I give my daughter’s tablets at approximately 6.30am, 1.30pm(during school as this is the time they come in from lunch play but otherwise I give at 2pm when she’s with me), and then at 10.30pm.  We were told to try and space it around 8 hours as that is how long the tablets last in the body.  Not sure if this is correct?  Do you not find 4.30am an inconvenience?  I think if I woke my daughter at that time, she wouldn’t go back to sleep again!
