There are also suppositories that may be used instead of solu-cortef. I have not tried them yet, but I think if they do work then this would be a better solution when I don’t have someone to give me a shot. Also it may be less intimidating for a Grandparent, babysitters, etc.  to administer. Kelly at the CARES Foundation can give you more info on this. It has just been something I have been considering trying in the future.
