Your own words below.....

Hello, my name is Jennifer Kilmartin and I am 16 years old, and I have CAH. It has been hard living with this whole disorder thing, but I have gotten by, slowly but surely. Sometimes I wish I didn’t have this disease, but sometimes we are born with things, but it is always for a reason.

Anyways, I don’t know what more to say. But I just want to let you all know that just because you are "different" then all your friends doesn’t mean that you aren’t the same =)

Several people have given you helpful ideas. Read those notes again.  Then step away from the computer. Go outside. Smell the roses. Read a good book. Notice the beauty of green grass and a blue sky.  Watch a funny movie. Laugh.  Sleep. Repeat.

CAH is not such a big deal in everyday living unless you make it that way.  Yeah you have to take medicine every day. So what?  Taking a pill is easy in the grand scheme of things.

You can do it.

Susan
