If you can’t find Solu Cortef then you can use Dex. This is what my ped endo prescribes. It works the same (dosage is different).

My ped endo wouldn’t let us out of the office without learning how to give an injection. I actually had to give the endocrine nurse an injection -- boy was I shaking, but glad I knew what it would feel like.
