My SWCAH daughter is 4 years old and her endo never looks at her genitals. There is no need to do this. She has a urologist and she doesn’t have to see him again until she is 8 years old. And yes, she has had a vaginoplasty. I think it is best to limit genital examinations as much as possible. I noticed some of you that posted stated that your child’s endo does do genital exams.....how old are these children. Can’t questions about pubic hair growth and such be answered by the parents without unnecessary examinations?
