We have 2 possible fire departments responding to our home and school, I took a copy of this letter to both departments.  I discussed it with the batallion chief and he made sure everyone was aware of our situation.  Low and behold, my daughter needed an ambulance in June, the medics remembered the letter!  It helped us a great deal!  You may want to do that yourself.
