Excellent letter, Tonia & very smart.  We were never told to have a letter on hand for ems or school, although I did inform them verbally and on the information form the school has that my daughter had a life threatening medical condition.  She died Oct. 21, 2000...two days after her 12th birthday.  The ems team that arrived was not trained or prepared to handle her medical condition.  This letter may have helped tremendously.
