The information Natalie gave you I think is excellent. Mine is in the 2nd grade now SWCAH.  I got my letter from his endo that he has had since birth.  It is titled information for school personnel about children with cortisol dependance. It is simple and very direct. List childs name & dr & nurse, Medical condition requiring treatment with hydrocortisone replacement. Then the medicine doses and all about tripled does. The a section in case of illness or emegency step by step. Very short 1 page. It is excellent. I usually give them a phamplet I got from the cares foundation. Never had a problem. All school personnel are great!!!!!!!!!!! You will find they will work with you. I have also gave the fire dept & ems personnel info on him and he has actually gone with me & met all of them. THis I think is very important.
