Danny and family,

Losing a pet is so hard---especially when it is one that adopted you.   My last pet loss was a bit more than two years ago and I do had to put her down.  It’s not an easy decision to make but she lives me vicariously in a box on my mantel.  My dog is getting pretty old (she’s been in my life a million years--and lived more places and travelled more that some people I know, both by car and by plane) and I know when that day comes, it will probably be one of the most difficult I have faced because she is always by my side. 

Along with you and your family, your other kitty is grieving the loss as well...

Kitties always know where home is, and Charlie will probably send a new one when the time is right.
