I don’t mind the residents so much.  They need to learn somehow.  Better by experience than just books.  Could you tell me how it ruined your life?  Maybe it will give me some insight that I don’t have yet!  You can email me privately if you don’t want to post it on the board.

All I can say is I don’t mind them running a little late . . . but over an HOUR??  gggrrrr!!!

I usually try to get the first appt of the day because then I can go to work afterwards & finish out the day.  However, it might be better if I start doing them at the end of the day so all I have to do is go home!!  ahha!!!
