My daughter’s schedule for cortef is as follows:

First dose at 6am (but I don’t give it until 7-7:30am, and she usually sleeps right through it)

Second dose at 2pm (this one only varries if she sleeps longer with her nap)

Third dose at 10pm (we give it at 9pm, just before bedtime)

We’ve never had a problem with these times, she does very well on them. It is the best schedule for her and us and has been for some time now. It took us a while to find one we could get used to. Hopefully with our new baby coming in Sept this schedule will still be as easy to do. :)
