I have twin infants with sw cah.  I too am struggling with dosing interupting newly developing sleep patterns.  My kids are going to sleep at aroung 6:30 - 7 pm with one or two evening feedings and a wake-up time of 7:30am.  Their night-time wakings are not predictable and I hate to wake them up for a dose.  My question is to the parents who say that they can administer a dose without waking.  How is the dose administered?  We have been disolving the pills in water and and squirting it into a nipple so that they can suck it down.  They usually wake up though!  Any suggestions?
