my son is 16 mos and he has sw cah he has just gotten used to the meds and when he was little i just picked him up and gave it to him which is a liquid form squirt a little at a time and then put him back in bed now that he is bigger i just put it in his mouth and when he notices it (usually right away) i give it to him and then he just rolls over and goes on sleeping. we have been doing it this way since he was diagnosed at 6 weeks and it has always worked.  i guess since he was so tiny when we started and he just knows this is normal and doesnt know any different.
