We give 5mg at 9:00 am, 5mg at 5pm and 2.5mg at 1am. We’ve been doing this since our 7 yr old SW daughter was born, and she has always been well controlled. Her levels are good, and her bone age is about a year behind her chronological age (which is right where they want her). I, too, am led to believe that cortisol levels naturally drop at night .... so isn’t it our aim to mimic the body’s natural way of doing things!? Having the lower dose in the middle of the night just seems to make sense to me ..... and I don’t wake up anymore either!Wendy-Lee
