When I first started seeing an endo he told me it would be difficult maybe impossible to get pregnant, & I was placed on hormone therapy only (birth control).  Every time I went off the birth control I got pregnant.(twice)  So, I suppose it depends on the person as each person’s body is different.  Good luck to you.
