Thanks for your responses.  I already have an emergency letter like that for my daughter from her endo and I have already written up a plan of action and included every scenario that I could think of that would require a stress dose and/or a shot.  In our county we only have paramedics and they know about my daughter and have told me they can give her the injection and IV’s if necessary.  I guess I am just a little nervous about her starting school, she hasn’t even been to pre-school (although neither was my other child non-CAH) so it is all new to me.  Thanks again for all your ideas and suggestions.
