Hey all,

Cody 7yrs SWCAH has been going to a ENT doctor for 2 yrs now for his allergies & sinuses. (started with his headaches and ended up with sinuses & allergies??) We discussed in lenght about the CAH.  He gave him some nasal spray called Flonase. Never had it before.  Picked it up today and was reading the information on it. It is a corticosteriod!!!!!!!!!! I called his endo nurse and she said it is the same as his cortef. I wasn’t sure how that would work. His endo is out on maternity leave and his nurse  said that she calls in once a week and would get back to me!!!!!!!!! The nurse seems to think since we have labs done and all that they would monitor it and change doses if needed. Well we don’t go to endo for labs until November. Has anyones child or yourself used this nasal spray????????? Any information you could give me?????????? Also I’m beginning to think that the florinef is causing his headaches. Anyone ever thought that???? THe endo doesn’t seem to think that. Anyway his pediatrican is going to start working with a neurologist on his headaches.
