It’s been a desire of mine for a long time to adopt, but due to a false DHS report we are blocked from doing so locally (Someone reported us for having another child with CAH, and the social worker falsified the report so as to give the appearance that some of the other claims invented to make the report sound plausible could have been true.)

How expensive is a foreign, special needs adoption? How time consuming is the process?
