Gee .... it’s so hard to try and take of someone when they won’t even take care of themselves. You sound like a very caring SIL :)

I guess if she won’t take it seriously, and the dad is totally out of the picture, all you can do is make her aware of the possibility of (and signs to watch for) having a CAH baby... do you have routine testing of newborns for CAH where you live?? If not, perhaps the doctors would test the baby anyway if you tell them that SIL might possibly be a carrier???
