It is possible that he has CAH and was not tested 20 years ago . My husband who is now 48 was diagnosed at 31 .They don’t know how he survived all those years untreated because he is a salt waster. His build is out of perportion his upper body is average but he has very short legs, small hands and feet because of stunted growth. Dr. also said he had small testicles and large  penis.
