Susan -- I’m on hydrocortisone, not Dex, so I can’t be of any help regarding your new dose.  I just wanted to lend an e-shoulder and say sorry you’re having a tough day.  I’ve been there.  Tomorrow will be better.  And if it’s not, vent your frustrations here and we’ll collectively do our best to cheer you up.
