My little one is also 5 months with SWCAH.

His Endo also said baby kidneys are resistant to the Fluronef for first 12 months so he is on 3 mgs of Fluronef a day, this will decrease with age.

He also needs 1/4 tsp salt replacement a day in divided doses.

His Potassium has been fine with this.

The Cortef also has salt retention properties.

We are in New Zealand!
