Hello New Mom,

My daugther had her surgery this past March at 13 months. She did very well, and even though it is a difficult process to get through it was definitely worth it. I read many stories on this site (Controversy board) as well as others and it scared the heck out of me, so I just chose not to read them anymore. I found that any kind of research I did on it just made me more worried. I suggest just not doing any kind of searching for those kinds of stories, when you come across one just go on to another and don’t let it bother you. That is what I had to do.
