My CAH (salt-wasting) daughter suffered enormously from stress in her final exams at university this year. She had cold sores and mouth ulcers and cried a lot. She was fine after they finished. I’m thinking now she could maybe have increased her dose of prednisolone and that would have helped. Any views or findings on that type of stress dosing?
