Our Endo has said that maybe our daughter may require ’stress’ dosing for exams if she is the sort of person who feels stressed by this situation.  All people are different and react in different ways.  I’m not sure about having to inject, but probably a double or triple dose of oral meds may benefit your daughter next time.
