jayneAs a adult with SWCAH, I have experienced UTI’S on and off all my life. One of the best things that does help neutralise the burning sensation and also help with rebalancing is CRANBERRY JUICE 3 TIMES A DAY. Also to stay away from spicy food and have very bland food and keep the fats and oils down aswell. NEED TO DRINK AT LEAST 2-4 LITRES OF WATER A DAY TO KEEP THE KIDNEYS WORKING PROPERLY and to go before you think you need to so the bladder gets tricked into going. Another thing is make sure that it is not polyps or cysts as well that can cause pain as well. I have more to contend with as i also have a Hiatis Hernia and a oesphogural Ulcer and polyps as well. I just stick this way of eating and i have had no UTI’S for over 10mths. I WISH YOU LUCK
