Almost always fast. Occasionally it will drop below 100, but usually only if I’m very very tired. Of course, just like normal people, if I get anxious about something it goes up even higher. I hate working out at the gym on their exercise equipment -- it has those built-in heart rate measures and two minutes into my workout it’s beeping at me and telling me to slow down. Some of the machines even shut themselves off because my heart rate gets so high. When my DHEAS levels got much higher last year, my resting heart rate was 140 - 160 beats a minute. That always gets the doctors’ attention!Karen
