Yes, we use this schedule for my two CAH boys. We have used it for the last 3+ years on my oldest with CAH and now we are using this schedule for our little one. We just pop the late evening dose in their mouths and they chew/gum it up. My oldest has never had a problem with his stomach and his teeth are great too!
