Chelsea has never had an issue with the 10 PM pill, and she is 8. She does drink something like lemonade or Gatorade with it, but she never eats anything at that hour. It has not bothered her stomach. Even sometimes with the 7 AM pill it’s a while before she gets breakfast now and that doesn’t seem to bother her either.  I do think it is suggested because it can upset some people’s stomachs.  I would guess it is an individual thing.
