Over the years I have changed from Prednisone to Dexamethaone back to prednisone and about a year and a half to cortate. I find that I am better off on the Cortate I did have a few problems initially however things have smoothed out and I am loosing weight which is something that hasn’t happened for a long time. I also feel that it is easier to manage espec if I have to stress dose.
