Thanks for your quick response to my post.  I am 5 feet actually 4 11 and about 156 lbs yes I did not grow, and I am chunky!  I take 10mg Cortef when my eyes open in the am usually about4-5am, then 5mg around 12, and 5mg at night.If I take an extra dose it is in the afternoon around 2-3pm, and because I’m feeling "Crappy" or stressed, and that can be mental or physical,like very hot weather and not drinking enough.  I think if you are feeling very tired for no reason, or crappy then you don’t have enough steroid on board.  When I have too much steroid, then I have that endless energy feeling, reved up, and can do anything, plus this wonderful feeling of wellbeing.

Yes Susan I have never met anyone with CAH,and I work in a hospital!!
