What you write about I do think about from time to time.  I have a little one, so although dealing with this type of situation is distant, the thought is still planted firmly in the back of my mind.  I had a 21 year old niece in Hawaii who had diabetes.  She got to a point in her life where she felt she didn’t need to take her meds, went up into the mountains with her boyfriend and lapsed into a diabetic coma.  She passed on.  So in essence I suppose I have been through that worrying about her, and now worrying that I may have to deal with the same issue at some point in my family’s life.  You and your family are in my deepest prayers.  God be with you.  Let go and let God.
