Try vege juices with orange or apple juice, carrot juice. Soups are also a good way to get some goodies in. Source some organic fruits and Veges too!

Echinaecea is a good immune booster , garlic in dressings, soup ,and supplements.

Those antibacterial hand wahes actually grow bugs in the bottle after a time ,I think the washing is the key and especially after the toilet , my 4 othert children are very good!

Avoid being in the same room as  smokers  as they  risk your health and your childs for respiratory infections!

So far my 6 month old has had whooping cough , and three colds! I have nearly given up worrying now!
