Does the endo have to do the exam?  If not, we have Kaiser in Springfield, VA and our daughter has a wonderful (but female) endo. She works in the pediatrics office and there are several male pediatricians that I have seen there. 

I admire that you are taking your sons feelings in serious consideration.
