Wendy-lee thanks for your ideas too. I found that when my daughter does try things it IS something she has help plant in the garden!! I never made that connection! Now I am excited. I think we are on to something positive. I like that one bite rule. Her ped. suggested it and before we left the parking lot she was beside herself with worry about trying something new. It was amazing. Never did I mention a word of it and there she was in the back seat tearing up from the utter thought of having to try something new. She did the one bite try before school started. I had nothing for her lunch so she had to try some kind of sandwich I told her or she couldn’t eat with the big kids at school. She painfully did. I am going to try these new ideas. I feel much better now. Thanks!
