For my daughter Loghyn (18 mths SWCAH), we used to use the salt tablets (when she was still drining formula).  We would just dissolve 1 tablet for every 8 ozs of fluid.  Same thing with juice, water, etc.  Now we don’t measure it so exact, but she gets about 1/8 tsp of regular table salt in whatever she’s drinking and we salt her food a little too.  She’s so used to it that she’ll make a funny face if it’s just plain old water without salt.  Her sodium levels have been good & so has her blood pressure, so we haven’t bothered cutting back.  I think the real trick is to spread it out so that it’s not one big yucky dose all at once.  Good Luck!!
