Great point.  I too also use Tylenol for fevers of around 101.....my reference to not using it was for other things, like tooth aches or dental work, headaches (we try to use quiet time, steam, or if the head ache is due to low blood sugar, a drink or snack usually takes care of it),  or colds/sinus that do not involve a fever.
