We have 3 kids with my first being SWCAH.  To be honest when we were in the planning stage for more kids CAH wasn’t even a factor in it.  Most of the time I have to remind myself that Jesse even had it!  Once i did fall pregnant though we did the dex, CVS thing and prayed that they had 10 fingers and 10 toes, just the normal worry of any prospective parents.  Don’t let CAH put you off having more kids remember it’s only 1 in 4 will have it but even if my number 2 child ended up with it we still would of gone for number 3.  All the best in your decision.
