My husband and I are going to have another baby, our first daughter was born with CAH and is now 4 1/2.  I forget that she has it sometimes.  It is not dealing with the CAH that I am worried about, it is taking Dex because I have heard of the terrible side effects.  I realize the chances are only 1 in 4 that our next baby will have CAH, but if it does, then I would need to take Dex throughout the entire pregnancy.  Has anyone else done that and how did it go for you?  Thanks.
